With an independent spirit and proudly Oklahoman mentality, Oklahoma Distilling Company finds its footing in the artistic and creative. Our spirit making is an avant-garde expression of travel, food, and life experience.
BLANCO AGAVE SPIRIT

Using 100% Blue Agave Nectar fermented using Tequila yeasts, and then pot distilled with smoked nopales. Drinks like a smoky mescal. (40% ABV)
OKLAHOMA ROSE GIN

Named for Oklahoma's state flower, this botanical gin is distilled from Midwest non-GMO corn (gluten free) with rose petals, lavender, chamomile, and loads of citrus peels. Cut with rose water and hibiscus to create its characteristic pink hue, this is a beautiful exploration in floral gin making. (40% ABV)
WHISKEY ORANGE LIQUEUR

Whiskey infused with orange peels, Sichuan and black peppercorns, along with a secret blend of tropical spice, and filtered then gently sweetened with agave nectar. (35% ABV)
WHITE RUM

Twice pot distilled and fermented with dunder (the “stillage” of previous distillations --- yeast, nutrients, unfermented sugars, left in the still). This imparts a unique aroma and flavor profile of pronounced banana and butterscotch. (40% ABV)
ASIAN SPICED RUM

This rum’s flavor profile is built around the distiller’s six years of living in China and traveling throughout Asia. Using new-charred oak aged rum (dunder fermented and pot distilled), a unique blend of Asian spices is added and aged before being filtered and gently sweetened. (40% ABV)
CHOCOLATE AMARO

With a secret blend of herbs and spices, there’s not a lot we can divulge besides the chocolate and cacao are roasted on-site. (40% ABV)
OKRAHOMA

An Oklahoma take on carciofo amaro (artichoke amaro popularized by Cynar). Okra, an abundant Oklahoma vegetable, is used to make this slightly bitter amaro. (20% ABV)
SOJU BOY

This traditional Korean spirit is made using Korean naruk (fermented yeast cake) and rice. (20% ABV)
COMRADE KIM

This vodka makes for the perfect Bloody Mary or kicks up a Michelada to another level. The label is an homage to Bill Clinton’s trip to North Korea. (37% ABV)
CORN WHISKEY

Differing from Bourbon, corn whiskey must be more than 80% corn and aged in used or toasted barrels. Using used Bourbon barrels, and aged at least four years, this corn whiskey is light and easy to drink. Often referred to as the preferred “day drinking” whiskey. (40% ABV)
BOURBON

Each barrel is hand selected to let the integrity of the Bourbon speak for itself. It is completely unfiltered and uncut, so there may be little bits of wood in the bottle. This is only available for sale at the Tasting Room.
OKLAHOMA HONEY

This is full proof, but drinks easy! Using the finest whiskey and honey, it’s perfect in cocktails or on the rocks. (40% ABV)
ANGRY BEAR OKLAHOMA DRY CIDER

This classic American style cider is made using apple varietals based on acid and sugar content. Fermented with Champagne yeasts to completion. It is backsweetened to give it a gentle sweetness. (6% ABV)
ZOEY SPARKLING WINE

Made using French Colombard and Chardonnay grapes from California. This sparkling wine is buttery and full-flavored for a sparkling wine. (12% ABV)
